Invoice details on every booking
Under “Booking for a company?” you add the company name, the VAT number and a PO number, cost centre or reference. They appear on the confirmation and on the invoice, so every ride can be matched to the right budget.
Booking regularly? Request a business account. For approved accounts, invoicing after the ride is available on request; until then rides are paid online when booking.

Booking for colleagues and guests
Choose “Booking for someone else”. The traveller is the passenger and receives the chauffeur’s details if you wish; you keep the confirmation and the invoice. On the day, the chauffeur contacts the passenger directly.

Choose the car for the occasion
A business sedan for most trips, the electric EQS or the S-Class for board members and VIP guests, and the V-Class for teams of up to 7 or 8 with luggage. Every vehicle comes with a professional chauffeur, water and WiFi on board.

Can we put a PO number or cost centre on the invoice?
Yes. Add it under “Booking for a company?” together with the company name and VAT number. It appears on the confirmation and the invoice.
Can we pay by invoice instead of online?
Invoicing after the ride is available on request for approved business accounts. Request an account with the short form; until it is approved, rides are paid online when booking.
Can one chauffeur stay with our visitor all day?
Yes. Book by the hour: from €85 per hour for a business sedan, minimum 2 hours, 30 km per booked hour included.
