A roadshow day leaves no room for a late car. We plan the route between meetings, the chauffeur waits outside each address and adjusts when the schedule shifts.
One chauffeur for the whole day
Book by the hour and keep the same chauffeur from the first meeting to the last flight. From €85 per hour for a business sedan, minimum 2 hours. 30 km per booked hour included. Extra km: €1.75 per km for business sedans and the EQS, €2.25 for the S-Class and vans.
Planned in advance
Send the schedule with addresses and times. We check the route and the timing between meetings before the day, and keep in touch with your assistant or organiser on the day.
Several cities, one day
Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam, Antwerp or Brussels: a car is often faster door to door than train and taxi, and gives you a quiet place to prepare between meetings.
For the organiser
Book on behalf of the travellers: you receive the confirmation and the invoice, the chauffeur contacts the passenger. Invoicing after the ride is available on request for approved business accounts.
