Arriving at RTM
Your chauffeur follows the flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Free waiting is 45 minutes from the actual landing time, with the first hour of parking included.
RTM has one arrivals hall. The chauffeur waits with a name sign right where passengers come out of the baggage claim into the arrivals hall.
Departing from RTM
We pick you up at home, at the office or at your hotel and drop you at the terminal entrance. Add stops on the way if needed.
Stops on the way: €15 per stop, including 10 minutes at the stop.

How long does the chauffeur wait at RTM?
45 minutes free from the actual landing time, with the first hour of parking included. Extra waiting is €60 per hour, charged per started 15 minutes.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow the flight and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Delays do not cost you extra waiting time.
What is the minimum fare?
A transfer with a business sedan costs at least €75, all-in. The booking form shows the exact price before you book.
