Flight monitoring and clear waiting rules
Add the flight number and the chauffeur plans the pickup on the actual landing time.
Free waiting: 60 minutes at Schiphol and other airports and 45 minutes at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, counted from the actual landing time (the first hour of parking is included), and 15 minutes for other pickups. Extra waiting is €60 per hour, charged per started 15 minutes (€15).
Invoice after the ride, for approved accounts
Book regularly for guests or colleagues? Request a business account. For approved accounts, invoicing after the ride is available on request.
Until an account is approved, rides are paid online when booking: iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay or card.
Discretion
Guests, schedules and conversations stay private. We share booking details only with the chauffeur who drives the ride.

Fill in the short form with your company name, VAT number, the contact person for bookings and roughly how many rides you expect. Our team replies, usually within one working day. Prefer email? That works too.
For booking tools and AI assistants
Need a price inside your own system? Our quote API returns the same all-in fixed prices as the booking form, per vehicle, incl. 9% VAT, with the free waiting rules and a prefilled booking link. Read-only, no personal data, open to any website (CORS), up to 30 requests per hour per address.
Parameters: from and to (required), vehicle (eclass, eqs, sclass, vclass or vclass8), date (YYYY-MM-DD) and time (HH:MM, Amsterdam time), return=1 with returnDate and returnTime, lang (en or nl). When a pickup is too soon to book online, the answer says bookableOnline: false with our phone and WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Can my guest receive the chauffeur’s details?
Yes. When you book for someone else, tick the option to send the chauffeur’s details to the passenger as well. You keep the confirmation and the invoice.
Can we pay by invoice?
Invoicing after the ride is available on request for approved business accounts. Until an account is approved, rides are paid online when booking.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
We follow the flight and plan the pickup on the actual landing time. Free waiting starts at landing: 60 minutes at Schiphol and other airports, 45 minutes at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
Can we book at night or at short notice?
Yes, by phone or WhatsApp, 24/7. Online booking needs some notice; the form shows the earliest pickup it can accept. Night pickups between 00:00 and 05:59 carry a supplement of €20 for business sedans and the EQS, and €25 for the S-Class and vans.
Do you also drive to Belgium?
Yes. We drive between Rotterdam and Antwerp, Brussels and Brussels Airport, and anywhere in the Netherlands.
Do you work with travel agents as partners?
We are open to a partner arrangement for regular bookers. Tell us about your expected volume and we will discuss it.
