Chauffeur service for delegations, government and international organisations
The Hague is home to many international courts, organisations and embassies, and Rotterdam lies right next to it. Delegations and visiting officials arrive with full programmes and little time between appointments.
Delegations with several cars
A delegation rarely fits in one car. We plan several vehicles to run together on the same programme, a mix of business sedans and V-Class vans for the group and its luggage. Call or email us the programme so we can confirm availability.
Standby for the whole programme
Meetings overrun and programmes change. With a chauffeur booked by the hour, the car is ready when the meeting ends. From €85 per hour for a business sedan and €120 for the S-Class, minimum 2 hours.

What we do and do not offer
We provide discreet, punctual chauffeured transport. We do not provide security or protection services, and our chauffeurs hold no special accreditation. Where your organisation has its own security arrangements, we follow the instructions of your protocol or security team.

Free waiting: 60 minutes at Schiphol and other airports, 45 minutes at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, counted from the actual landing time, and 15 minutes at other pickups.

Yes. The protocol office books as the booker and receives the confirmation and the invoice, with the organisation’s reference on it.
