Billed to the right matter
Every ride can carry a matter number, client code or other reference. Enter it in the PO / reference field when booking: it appears on the confirmation and on the invoice, next to your firm’s name and VAT number.
Firms that book often can request a business account; for approved accounts, invoicing after the ride is available on request.

Confidential by habit
Partners prepare in the car and clients take calls. Our chauffeurs do not discuss passengers or destinations, and booking details are shared only with the chauffeur who drives the ride.

Free waiting: 60 minutes at Schiphol and other airports, 45 minutes at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, counted from the actual landing time, and 15 minutes at other pickups.

Frequently asked questions
Can each ride be invoiced to a different client matter?
Yes. Enter the matter number or client reference on each booking. It is printed on that ride’s confirmation and invoice.
Can the chauffeur wait outside court until the hearing ends?
Yes, when you book by the hour. The chauffeur stays available for the whole booking; minimum 2 hours.
Can we book for a witness or expert arriving from abroad?
Yes. Book for someone else: the chauffeur meets the passenger in arrivals with a name sign, and you receive the confirmation and the invoice.
