Life sciences visitors are usually booked by someone else: a travel coordinator, a meeting planner, the study team. They come for an audit, an investigator meeting or a congress, and they need to be on site at a set time.
We drive them between the airport, the hotel and the site, on the timetable you set.

Booked by the organiser, under the guest’s name
Your travel coordinator or meeting planner books the ride and stays the booker. The chauffeur waits in arrivals with a name sign carrying the guest’s name, and contacts the passenger directly on the day, so the guest does not need to call the office.
Company name, VAT number and a PO number or study reference go on the confirmation and on the invoice. Approved business accounts can be invoiced after the ride.

Punctual, discreet, flexible
Flights are monitored and the pickup follows the actual landing time; free waiting is 60 minutes at Schiphol and Brussels and 45 minutes at Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Conversations in the car stay in the car.
When an audit runs over, a chauffeur booked by the hour simply waits. From €85 per hour for a business sedan, minimum 2 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Can we book transport for an auditor we have never met?
Yes. Enter the auditor as the passenger with a phone number. The chauffeur waits with a name sign and contacts the passenger on the day; you receive the confirmation and the invoice.
Can a study or project reference appear on the invoice?
Yes. Use the PO number or reference field when booking. It is printed on the confirmation and the invoice together with your company name and VAT number.
Do you transport medicines or samples?
No. We transport people only: visitors, delegates and their luggage.
Can one chauffeur cover a day of site visits?
Yes. Book by the hour, describe the sites and the order, and the chauffeur waits at each one. 30 km per booked hour is included.
