Chauffeur service for artists, talent and VIP guests
Artists and performers arrive on tight schedules: a flight in the afternoon, a soundcheck, the show, a late return to the hotel. Promoters, tour managers and artist liaisons book us to make those rides calm and on time.
From the airport to the stage
We collect artists and their entourage at Schiphol or Rotterdam The Hague Airport, drive to the hotel and on to the venue for the soundcheck. A V-Class takes up to 7 people with luggage.

After the show
Shows end late. Tell us the expected end time and the chauffeur is ready at the artist entrance or the agreed pickup point, away from the crowds where possible.
Pickups between 00:00 and 05:59 carry a night supplement of €20 for business sedans and the EQS and €25 for the S-Class and vans.
Discretion for talent and guests
Names, hotels and schedules stay private. The promoter or tour manager books, and the name sign shows the name you give us.

Free waiting: 60 minutes at Schiphol and other airports, 45 minutes at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, counted from the actual landing time, and 15 minutes at other pickups.
All-in fixed prices incl. 9% VAT, tolls, parking and Meet & Greet. The price is the same for iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and card. Your exact price is shown before you book.
Frequently asked questions
Can the chauffeur stay at the venue during the show?
Yes. Book by the hour and the chauffeur stays available, from €85 per hour for a business sedan, minimum 2 hours.
Can the tour manager be the contact on the day?
Yes. Give the tour manager’s phone number with the booking and the chauffeur coordinates the pickup with them.
Do you transport equipment?
We carry passengers and their personal luggage. Stage equipment and backline need a freight service.
