When a concierge or travel advisor books a car, the ride is part of their own service. So the price is fixed before you book, the chauffeur waits at the agreed pickup point with a name sign, and the invoice comes to you.
For hotel concierges
Book in the guest’s name, at a fixed price you can quote straight away: Rotterdam to Schiphol is €172.50 in a business sedan. You receive the confirmation; the chauffeur contacts the guest and waits at the hotel entrance.
For travel advisors and agencies
Add transfers to an itinerary for your clients: airport arrivals with a name sign, cruise embarkation and disembarkation, rides between cities. Approved accounts can be invoiced after the ride, and our travel agent page explains the partner set-up.
