Airport runs that follow the flight
Delayed flights are normal for global teams. We track the flight and plan the pickup on the actual landing time, with 60 minutes free waiting at Schiphol. The fixed price from Schiphol to Rotterdam is €195 in a business sedan.

Events and launches
For conferences and product launches we plan the arrival of speakers and guests and the rides back to the hotel afterwards. Pickups between 00:00 and 05:59 carry a night supplement of €20 for business sedans and the EQS.
