Your chauffeur meets you at the station with a name sign, at Den Haag Centraal or Den Haag HS, and drives you to your meeting, your hotel or home. Tell us the train and the arrival time and we plan the pickup on it.
World Forum, the international zone and the Peace Palace
Conferences at the World Forum, appointments at embassies and international organisations, and meetings around the Peace Palace: we drop you at the visitor entrance your host gives you, and collect you there afterwards.

Schiphol and Rotterdam The Hague Airport
For Schiphol, enter your address in The Hague and the booking form shows the all-in price per vehicle before you book.
Rotterdam The Hague Airport lies between the two cities. On arrival the chauffeur follows the flight and waits with a name sign: 45 minutes free waiting at RTM and 60 minutes at Schiphol, counted from the actual landing time.

Do you drive within The Hague, or only to and from Rotterdam?

Can the chauffeur wait during our meetings?
Yes. Book by the hour and the chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, minimum 2 hours.
Can we book for a delegation under the guest’s name?
Yes. Choose “Booking for someone else”: the guest is the passenger, and you keep the confirmation and the invoice, with your reference on it.
How do we pay?
Online when you book, by iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay or card, at the same all-in price; there is no card fee. Approved business accounts can be invoiced after the ride.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 12 and 24 hours before pickup a cancellation may be partly refundable; under 12 hours it may be non-refundable. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the details.
