Chauffeur service in Utrecht

Our chauffeurs

• Every chauffeur holds a Dutch chauffeur card (chauffeurskaart) and a certificate of good conduct (VOG), is experienced in business travel and is well presented
• Our chauffeurs speak Dutch and English; other languages on request, depending on availability
• A suit and tie on every ride
• Modern, clean cars, usually no more than five years old
• Before the ride you receive the chauffeur’s name, the car and the number plate

Utrecht Centraal

Arriving by train? Your chauffeur meets you at Utrecht Centraal with a name sign, at the meeting point agreed when you book, and drives you to your meeting, your hotel or home. Tell us the train and the arrival time and we plan the pickup on it.

The Jaarbeurs

For trade fairs, congresses and events at the Jaarbeurs, next to Utrecht Centraal, tell us when the programme ends and we plan the pickup around it.

Utrecht Science Park and the offices

Meetings at Utrecht Science Park (De Uithof), with the university, UMC Utrecht and the companies on the campus, at the office parks of Papendorp and Rijnsweerd, or at offices in the city centre: we drop you at the entrance your host gives you, and collect you there afterwards.

Booking for a guest? Choose “Booking for someone else”. The chauffeur contacts your guest on the day; the confirmation and the invoice stay with you.

Hotels

Guests staying in the city centre or near the station are collected in the hotel lobby with a name sign.

Schiphol

For Schiphol, enter your address in Utrecht and the booking form shows the all-in price per vehicle before you book. On arrival the chauffeur follows the flight and waits at the Schiphol Meeting Point with a name sign, with 60 minutes free waiting from the actual landing time.

A chauffeur by the hour

For a day of meetings or a programme for visitors, keep the chauffeur with you by the hour, minimum 2 hours. The chauffeur waits between appointments.
